Turn off WiFi, enable it to make a temp local wifi, scan a QR code. Then open a web page and download them.
PlayStation and Xbox:
You can just upload them to the network you already pay for, or put them on a flash drive.
I used this exclusively to get screenshots off my switch easily. Still very happy about bigger companies cutting ties with the muskrat.
Getting screenshots or videos off the Switch is laughably arcane. Nintendo is so weird about modern tech conveniences.

Steam Deck: Syncthing automatically sends them to my computer :)
Syncthing is a god sent tool. Maybe I should use it for that if I can on my Xbox and Switch. I know I can for steam screenshots.
