NPR just this morning was highlighting a study that suggests a regular sleep pattern is more important than the amount of sleep you get, (within reason, I think they mentioned 6 hours minimum to complete your sleep cycles.)

I actually agree with you, and the fediverse doesn’t need to be a copy of Reddit. Although this is copying Reddit. It wouldn’t have the same cathartic effect here anyway, most of the users here now are over Reddit.

Work, give me the night shift. I’m going to be up anyway. I’ll sleep in the morning when friends and family are at work/school and spend the evening with them, just like I would on day shift.

There’s still some around, but not nearly as many as there were. The one local to me closed and the nearest remaining one is like 20 miles away.
