It would never happen, no one in CA wants to leave the US and figure out how to maintain a national robust military. Also it’s really unlikely any US armed forces would break off from the US in significant numbers, so if you want to enforce your new country, you need to navigate a potential war with a military that has bases, weapons development, troops, and equipment in the most strategically advantaged locations. You’d need to silently create a counter army, and have VERY risky attacks at nearly every base all the same time, and capture most of the equipment in the process. If you aren’t force marching hundreds of US military people to a secure location, you aren’t winning any war, and the only successful way to exit the US is to have a military strong enough to prevent the US from immediately seizing control of the state, or thinking twice about starting a war.

It’s infinitly easier to use the existing system to progress the country in the direction you want to go over all.

Does ‘‘basic factual statements’’ mean ‘‘new information that someone is just now learning’’. Can it also apply to information they already know, or believe is true? Can it also be referring to basic knowledge nearly everyone knows?

Does ‘being very easily impressed’ include a situation where someone reacts to information in a typical fashion? Does it exclude adults learning or recognizing factual information and responding with a simple agreement, such as ‘yeah that’s true’? Or is this an indication that an overreacting response is the dead giveaway?

It’s not clear what your trying to stay, but if you’re saying that coal is very bad and nuclear power is better, that’s not untrue, but it’s important to remember that the economic pressure right now is against coal and for renewable energy, even in coal country businesses won’t build in a state that won’t explicitly commit to only building renewable energy exclusively for all new ot replacement energy sources. The situation isn’t perfect, there should be more aggressive removal of dirty energy, granted, but nuclear power isn’t the only clean option, and it comes with a lot of risks.
