

I felt the same. I also think that we viewers have so much more information than the characters… so even though there’s mystery, we see the mysteries coming like 2 full episodes in advance. Yawn

In 1995, our class had to take a field trip to the library’s computer lab. The teacher had us open Netscape and go to http :// yahoo dot com. Then we printed off some kind of search query. That whole process took about 2 hours lol

It’s true that there’s some usefulness in recollection, but geez I find myself digging through my browser history and being absolutely lost… whether it’s an article, video, online store product, anything. Then I usually just re-search for whatever it was from scratch 🤷♂️
I worked a contract job at a honey bottling plant in Mich where they would simply take 55 gallon drums of raw honey from all over the world, dump them into a giant tank, churn it up… then bottle it. That’s was it, nothing more nothing less. At one point in the past they used to add water, but they had stopped when I was installing the new mixing system (it was a patent thing). Makes me shake my head to see companies adding anything else to such a simple operation…
We had to buy our own for high school, about $5 each. They were used for CAD file storage.
At my school, we use Handshake. Though I admit I don’t have much experience with it
