There have been large campaigns to disenfranchise several types of voters for decades in the country. The Electoral College was designed to be unfair to appease Slave states. Voter turnout is abysmal, only about 35% of eligible citizens vote. Out of those turnout is usually around the same percentage. The highest turnout recently was 2020 only because mail in voting was expanded so dramatically, and even then it was only 67% of registered voters, so it was still only 67% of that original 37% of eligible voters. So with the highest recent turnout, we’re looking at about 25% of eligible citizens actually voting.
It seems like they’re learning from the Vegans.

Biden isn’t apologizing for the waste of campaigning up to this point. He got COVID again and combined with the massive push due to the clearly pertinent age-related health questions, there’s just no option to keep going. He’s only dropping his bid because it’s being forced.

The in-screen one on my Pixel 6 works maybe 50% of the time, and for whatever reason just hates my right thumb, the one it really needs to be able to read. Even with it saved 5 times.
Android eventually locks out apps designed for older APIs. I remember reading about a bunch of abandoned apps being dropped from the Play Store for that reason. Not sure if that’s just the Play Store though or if it is the Android OS itself. I haven’t ever kept a phone beyond the manufacturer providing security updates since I actually use my phone for secure things.
Especially when they go out of their way to provide direct APKs to Android users who do not use Play Store.
They already had to make the APK for the Play Store, providing it directly doesn’t require extra dev work.
I mean that’s what happens when you cancel everything and close studios.
