Because investors want the value of their assets (their stocks) to go up (so they can resell them for a higher value), the company has to keep increasing it’s revenue

If you want a laptop for Linux then the obvious choices are Tuxedo and System76. Framework looks cool, but I haven’t heard much about it’s Linux support.
