I didn’t know that I wasn’t meant to run windows game off ntfs, didn’t have any issues but the drive did die recently (bad sector) I’m assuming this might have been the reason?

not sure about the problem, but I do know with my own fedora there is an issue with some audio encoding, once you fix your main issue and find the audio problem (affects voicelines and music) let me know and Ill try to find the solution again for you
yea, for c/tf2 the original mod for it was completely inactive, so I posted in the lemmy wirld support and they added a new mod who then made a post looking for new mods, all worked out in the end :)
