I find that people generally use “this” and “next” correctly but it depends how the week is being perceived. I think it might depend what day of the week it currently is. Like if it’s Sunday, someone might say “next Saturday” to mean the first coming Saturday. But if someone says “next Saturday” on a Thursday they definitely mean the second coming Saturday.

To keep it from being too top heavy and to make sure it fits in the overhead compartments of a plane. I would try soap and water and a brush. The rubber itself looks to be in rough shape so if you care enough to clean them, I would just replace them. You can even upgrade the wheels while you’re at it.

I think its common depending on the city. In university when I did a lot of walking at night with my friends, a streetlight would turn off at least every weekend. Now years later I’m living somewhere else I’m not walking around at night nearly as much but I do still notice it occasionally.
