Nice, looks a lot like the cell stage in Spore but heavily expanded upon, looks promising

I like to put my leftovers in an omelette the next morning.
Rice and beans? Spaghetti and meatballs? Baked haddock?
All good omelette material.
Makes leftovers less boring imo and a good way to reheat them
Who’s bready for a divorce?
“Uh oh, now my family is toast!”
Idk at this point Linux is definitely in a better place games wise than macOS, coming from someone who uses both.
While there are games being released natively on (macOS) sometimes, they are far fewer in number than the number of games running like-native or better through proton on Linux systems. Also even when there is a Mac version, it often lags behind in terms of updates / support in general.
I think both OSs have their upsides and downsides, from a user experience standpoint they both benefit from the lack of obnoxious Microsoft billshit that plagues windows these days.
Kinda understandable for articles from sites that pester you to disable adblocker or pay for a subscription (WSJ/Wired/Guardian type news sites etc).
Do different pickle varieties play into this at all? IE there’s pickles with little bits of pepper, dill, garlic etc. Those things must add some nutritional value at least
I hate shrimp, fuck those things they suck and aren’t worth whatever premium BS the going market price is
The variety is definitely good but for sure leads to the individual parts feeling less refined overall.
Was hoping the restaurant sections would allow you to expand the restaurant itself at some point, since by late game you have more people than seating available a lot of the time.
Bastet is a good one (in-terminal tetris game)
Idk as long as Meta services keep forcing you to sign up for an account to view anything of value I’d imagine a lot of people will look for alternatives elsewhere.
Nothing more annoying than trying to look at the menu for a local restaurant/business page for a local business and seeing “sign up for Facebook to view this page.” Much of the utility for any kind of discussion or shared info online (imo) lies in the ability to access it quickly via search and without being forced to login.
Either the vaporwave 90s nostalgia playlist or the death metal playlist nothing else
idk what this fascination with using 3d renders as part of the icon is, terrible idea and looks sloppy imo
The cold, pretty much. Rather live in 0 deg. temperatures than deal with sweat, mosquitos, and people asking about swimming / go to the beach / sit out in the sun for no reason and get skin cancer.
The ponds and lakes freeze over for ice fishing or skating, the snow itself is often an activity (build stuff out of snow, eat the snow, throw the snow). The cold is refreshing and pleasant in the mornings and really helps to wake me up when I’m feeling sleepy. Perfect time to make soups, stews or breads. No BS about “it’s too hot to make this type of food, we should make hamburgers for the sixth day in a row”.
What would a percolator represent here? IE Something like this
An Commodore 64, 7 million dollars, and a garbage can that never gets full
Wish they would at least be honest in their messaging, the whole “quirky” official reddit branding doesn’t really work anymore now that they’ve gone full corporate mode
Feel like this games gonna get the NMS treatment and be relatively playable maybe 3 years down the line…
As it stands the game has some merits (tons of planets, dungeons are compelling enough while you’re still seeing new ones) but it feels like the size of the world really caused the world design overall to suffer.
The most annoying thing with these updates is the way they don’t give you any kind of indication of what’s happening on your system during an update.
Have had cases where an application was ‘updating’ and looking in task manager/networking tab I can see no network traffic and no disk usage, seemingly hung up for 15 minutes or longer.
I believe in penguin supremacy
