That is brilliant!
I hope we get 2003, 2004 and 3 there eventually

Kinda like the mine in the UK that use a cableway without a motor to bring ore down and empty buckets up
That is highly dependant on your country
I worked at a financial company which had an office in London, I am an IT guy and was asked to go to the London office a few times.
Two of those times I got to stay at The Langham.
It is a far more luxurious hotel than I have ever stayed at before.
The only way I can see that happening is if ailiens get in touch asking to buy them.
Wait, WHAT?
They put the powerbutton on the underside?
For fuck sake Apple…
I get it, I just wanted to clarify that anti camera clothing is mostly just anti camera flash technology.
Anti camera clothing can make you more of a target, since you’ll be wearing something that is less common, you’ll be easier to pick out from a crowd. Sure, it will prevent flash photography from being able to identify you, but most of the time it a flash is not used when taking a photo.
I agree with you, but there is a time and a place to advocate for linux, and it isn’t when someone is stressed and just want their computer up and running.
I doubt you’ll enjoy the experience…
I have used both extensively, and that is my impression as well.
Out of the box, iOS seems far more secure than Android, but as you say, you can tinker to the end of time with Android to get it to a point where it is more secure, I just don’t have the time or patience to do so.
Stop needlessly shitring on Windows, iOS and MacOS.
Recently there was a post about Wallmart blocking privacy features on iOS when connected to their wifi.
And the comments spoke about how if you are using Apple, you should not expect privacy anyway, implying that Android is a bastion of privacy. Which tunred into an annoying thread and deflected critisism from Wallmart.
I have seen other threads when people are asking for help with Windows or Mac OS issues and the comments talk about how Linux is much better.
That is kinda like, asking your friends for help after spraining your ancle, and them suggesting amputating the entrie leg replacing it with a far more powerful cybernetic robot leg, that doesn’t help you.
I am an IT guy, I just want my computer to work and let me game, manage and edit photos, watch videos, and listen to music, my current Windows 10 machine works fine for me.
I don’t want to tinker when I am home, I have tinkered enough at work managing 365, reading logs, writing scripts and pulling cables.
When I feel that Linux is working well enough, I will switch, but that is up to me, I am not interested in how I can configure my computer to my exact specification, I want a decent computer that I can run the same install on for 6-7 years with updates before upgrading or reinstalling. So far has Windows provided that, Linux has not, I have dailied both.
Sorry for the rant…
The best burger I have had here in Stockholm, Sweden, was probably at Barrels Burgers & Beer.
They are a small chain of four restaurants, and have excellent burgers.
Here in Sweden we have a chain called Taco Bar (tacobar.se) that sells Mexican derived food.
I like it, but I realize it is far from proper Mexican food, more like Swedish Tex-Mex…
Then here in Stockholm we had a small restaurant that felt far more authentic, El Taco Truck, they started as a food truck, got a few proper restaurants, closed them and now runs a brand of food in normal stores. They were great, when I introduced my coworkers at my last job to them, they were amazed, spicy and tasty, but a few years after, they shut their restaurants.
We have another chain called “La Neta”, I tried it once, and almost got physically ill, not because the food wasn’t cooked, but it was just so much fat in it that the texture was horrible.
Those are the ones I know of off the top of my head.
I would love a new iPhone with the same size as the first iPhone SE
It is absolutely insane to treat capacitive buttons as a good thing in cars at this time.
The only capacitive input I will accept in my next car is the infotainment, CarPlay is brilliant.
Controls for lights, speed, wipers, climate, volume, play/pause, and anything else that you need to use when driving should have a physical control.
I hate having capacitive buttons for temperature in my car, not to mention that to activate the seat heater, I have to go into a menu in the infotainment.

Without FPTP, you would simply count the votes, and send the data to the election agency who will compile the final result.
There is no selecting a winner for each district and sending that on, mening there is no point to gerrymandering as it would not affect the result.
The electoral collage should also be scrapped, there is zero point to it.
FPTP means that if candidate A gets a majority of the votes in a district they get to represent the district as a whole, meaning that effectively all votes for candidante B, C, D, and E are thrown away.
This means that there is a point to gerrymander districts so they will allways have the majority.
If I understand the voting system in the US correctly, votes are counted in the disctricts, districts are then counted further up.
In a fair voting system, districts does not matter for anything but statistics.
A decade or so ago, I messed around with Linux on my laptop, it was my main computer and I was distro hopping yo see what was out there.
I had my /home on a different partition and it worked well, until I left a USB hard drive plugged in…
It was my main music drive and I accidentaly picked that one to be erased…
I lost 6000+ songs…
