But why wouldn’t they use .local/share/Trash instead? Isn’t that supposed to be a unified directory for that very purpose?

It got brought down because it shared a server with another service, which was used by some “Epstein friends” to upload you-know-what illegal material and that’s what brought it down.

I’m SO excited for river 0.4.0 as it will bring a massive architectural change which will basically allow people to build their own Window Manager on top of River. Currently, River is a Wayland Compositor with an extensible Layout Generator Process support via a custom protocol. This change will essentially make River into a hyper-extensible Window manager building system which will make it immensely powerful.

Tiling

It’s actually really good. I’ve been running the prealpha at times, and I’ve had no issues with tiling.

I’m missing 2 things from a real tiler: sloppy focus (WIP), and static workspaces.

I’d probably suggest the revision guides for GCSE and A Level. (make sure it’s the right exam boards)

I have snapchat and I only use the chat feature hence why I haven’t given it location, microphone, or even camera permission. That’s right, Snapchat with no snaps, so all that’s left is chats. At that point, it’s basically Whatsapp for zoomers meets tiktok or something along those lines (depending on which features you use).
