Don’t misunderestimate Dubya. Irregardless of his policies, he coined words and phrases like Shakespeare. How many of use of dreamed of human beings and fish coexisting peacefully? How many of us strive to put food on our families and buy most of our imports from overseas? Don’t we all want to know “is our children learning?” And who can forget that famous Texas proverb “fool me once, shame on - shame on you. Fool me - you can’t get fooled again.

      Spoken like a true Merkin!

No one else turned our entire population into mindless pussy-wigs…and all with a single phrase!

My kid calls atomic things nukular. Mad shame. I’m a terrible parent.

To be fair, I’ve read that the Texas proverb bit was him cutting himself off mid sentence to prevent a sound bite of him saying “shame on me”. I have no idea of the veracity of the claim but it’s interesting if true.

Likely! Politicians will never say anything negative about themselves because it comes back to haunt them. Also why they never apologize or admit fault.

You can see it in his eyes as he’s about to say it… both the inevitable use on the Daily Show and the desire to strangle his speechwriter.

When I was a kid, I got a talking George Bush doll that said all the lines you mentioned above. It was great.
