THQNordic bought the rights to Timesplitters a while ago.
I’m not really seeing that. Only a revival project announced on 2021. After Crytek UK (what became of the original Free Radical Design) was closed, Koch Media purchased the rights to TimeSplitters.

Embracer truly is the new EA. “Let’s buy all these studios, do nothing with them and close them after a year or two”.
