I was taught in school (UK in the '90s) that putting a comma in that spot is outright wrong. As an adult I realised it is much clearer and always use it.

“Innocent until proven guilty” very specifically applies to punishment by the courts and government (which would be UK courts in this case). Everyone else can still think he’s a sleazebag and want nothing to do with him without knowing exactly which crimes he may have committed.
I could absolutely be fired by my employer for harassing colleagues in a way that wouldn’t be outright illegal. Same here for streaming companies, traditional TV production companies, etc not wanting to work with him.
Plenty of people in Britain have to do a tax assessment. But not if you have a simple single employment, no meaningful savings or investments, etc.
I’ve used vim every single day at work for ~12 years. With the kids I rarely do at the weekends but I happened to be setting up my .vimrc on a relatively recent laptop this afternoon. Big impact on my life for a guy whose name I never knew until 2 minutes ago.
