The underlying issue is youtube rate limiting the video proxy, so if the instance is trying to play 10 videos at once it will get ratelimited.

The solution to such problem is either complicated or simple. The simple one is try to convince your favorite creators to use other platform then youtube for example peertube, Odysee or rumbl.

What i was saying with load times is that sometimes instance gets ratelimited by YT but with newpipe you are not using proxy, so probably not going to get rate limited that fast.

If you got the option buy ikea smart bulb, they work offline with a IR remote, or with zigbee, they have no bullshit software that you need to install to use them.
