The rewind mechanic was great! I like that it made it kind of “easier”, but only as much as you wanted to use it. I also love the framing mechanic of it being a story. Like if you miss a jump and die… “wait, that’s not what happened”

It was popular, but I think most folks who played it remember dying of dysentery, not the cities 😆
I’m in the US and I can’t say I’d heard of Oregon City before this post…
This is not the right community for your question
I feel like an anonymous survey would be much more privacy respecting than everyone commenting with their demographics…
I’ve read your post a few times and I’m still not sure what your actual question is. You may want to rephrase your post to better convey what you’re looking for (or maybe it’s just me!)
I know beggars can’t be choosers and if every rule breaking post was removed this community would probably only have a few posts left- but frankly, most of the questions just aren’t very good
What do you mean by “regular videos”?
Not to sound patronizing, but I think it’s great you plan on talking to the doctor! Is there not an electronic messaging system or phone number to call before the appointment?
I apologize for being unclear- it’s multivitamins that haven’t been shown to be beneficial. Some folks report that they “feel healthier” even though their actual measurements and instances of disease aren’t any different.
Single vitamins make complete sense when you have a deficiency. I don’t think capsule vs gel is the most important factor. I’d see if there are any articles where experts (doctors, pharmacists) are consulted that compare brands (i.e not a random blog). I was able to find an article for US brands of ranked by pharmacists pretty easily
There’s no need to take any vitamin supplements unless you are deficient in a certain vitamin, and at that point, I would ask your doctor what they recommend. Multivitamins aren’t effective beyond placebo. I think the capsule vs gel argument is pretty moot. I would only use one over the other if one gives you a stomach ache or other digestion issues.
It’s not so much that it’s ubiquitous so much as the customers that DID use it were very large and their going down was very noticeable.
I highly disagree with looking for the widest set of opinions. Some opinions are stupid and/or baseless and just muddy the conversation (that’s part of how you get screaming talking heads on cable news shows).
Personally I look for those with expertise who speak to their expertise. Just because someone has an advanced degree in one field does not mean their opinions in other fields are worth listening to. Also, I do a gut check. If is smells like BS, such as unfounded blanket statements or it seems like they’re pushing/selling something, I look into their qualifications a bit more or find someone else.
Not OP, but I do the same thing. I would leave it installed, but I always end up getting bored after a while. I can’t explain it exactly, I feel like they’re building a mansion on top of a shack, like there’s impressive new stuff but some of the core aspects haven’t changed at all
Please put a few carriage returns/ line breaks in your text… that hurt my brain to try to read
Shockingly, the bot on my ISP’s website was able to refresh my connection without human intervention, taking care of an issue at the time.
Personally, I found the villains to be obnoxious. Handsome Jack had that great “love to hate” quality, whereas BL3’s villains are just annoying. Overall I just found the story and writing in general to be not nearly as entertaining.
The thing about dockge is that it’s easy to go to and from using it. It can scan existing folders for compose files, and because it uses compose files itself, you could just as easily start containers made by dockge without dockge even running.
Of course, this means it lacks some of the fancier features of something like portainer, but I personally enjoy the simplicity
Or deadjournal? If livejournal was too mainstream, but you still had to get your emo thoughts on the internet
I vaguely remember playing and enjoying this game around the time it came out… before it crashed my computer. I wonder if it holds up
