Given that HONOR is Chinese, they must have cut corners elsewhere. It is entirely impossible that Samsung, the second largest technology company in the world and the most advanced consumer electronics manufacturer, seated in South Korea, is beaten by a Chinese company.
I genuinely can’t tell at whom you are addressing this. Those claiming it is a Windows problem or those that say otherwise?
Just a few days ago, it was shown that Tesla’s FSD is being specially trained on influencer’s routes to make it appear better in their videos and experience, without them even knowing.
Free market economy at its best
One time, my camera/view position in the URL was way off, like, outside of the bounds of the canvas. Maybe navigating to the plain canvas.fediverse.events site will help. If not, make sure that you do not have any JavaScript disabled.

Poor sweet little hinges 😭
I’ll say to you what I said to the other commentor: RISC-V is an ISA, nothing less, nothing more, and it is 100% open-source. It is not trying to be anything else. Yes, hardware implementations from processor vendors can have different licensing and be proprietary, but that is not the fault of RISC-V, nor does that have anything else to do with it. RISC-V, as an ISA, and only an ISA, is completely open-source and not liable for the bs of OEMs.
Sorry, but that is completely wrong. RISC-V is an ISA, nothing less, nothing more, and it is completely, 100% open-source. The licensing of the hardware implementations is a different matter, but that’s outside of the scope of RISC-V. As I said, it is just an ISA.
You just reiterate what other anti-ML extremists have said like a sad little parrot. No, LLMs don’t just copy. They network information and associations and can output entirely new combinations of them. To do this, they make use of neural networks, which are computational concepts analogous to the way your brain works. If, according to you, LLMs just copy, then that’s all that you do as well.
Or at least when they recommend it with the intent of gaining something from it
But tbf, Prusa carries on the spirit
Plus if electric cars become the norm, the streets will be quiet for the first time since the industrial revolution
The sound of hooves on cobblestone is incredibly loud and annoying!
What really baffles me is modern computers. The whole assortment from mainframe batteries, desktop PCs, laptops to smartphones, watches, wireless earbuds, microcontrollers, miniaturised sensors, etc. Even the cheapest modern microcontrollers have insanely complex and tiny patterning that really speaks volumes for the amount of process control and precision in semiconductor fabs. Truly, I would call the modern IC a miracle if I wouldn’t know better. It is physics, materials science and chemistry at their best.
So all bets are off? If violence is inevitable and the alternative is a de facto dictatorship, maybe the liberal Americans should strike first while they still can, e.g., assassinating orange man and other conservative leaders.
Maybe because that is more dangerous than any other use?
Not a single real language 😈
An 8 GB memory VPS should be sufficient to run quantised LLMs, and the client could simply parse the Lemmy posts, send them to the server and get the translated results back. Shouldn’t be expensive imho.
More like the author is so insecure herself that she feels forced to use these terms in the belief that they somehow strengthen her position.
They have them since a long time, and the touchpads are really nice!
