That’s why I added the “kinda”. There are a lot of small AMD boxes that can do a lot with those Ryzen.

These days you can find some kinda NUCS which are way more powerful and customisable for not a lot more than a fully fledged RPI4 with SD card and PSU

I’d also be interested in it. I got a work laptop that has a good battery, but it’s an i7 and I mainly need to SSH and use FF, so I think I could undervolt/underclock quite a bit.

I switched to it 50% for the AUR: I regularly install softwares not from the classic repos, and the AUR is a godsend compared to cloning a Github, make install and thinking about updating it. The rest is a mix of the ArchWiki, its lightness and openness.
