What would actually happen if you used an action replay and a game genie at the same time? Would it not even be able to boot up? Would it work and just one supercedes the other? I only ever had game genie so I couldn’t test it. Does anyone know?
At my local library you can do it through their library system website or the librariana will do it for you if you’re there in person. It’s really great.
My opinion is once I’ve paid for a game, piracy is on the table for that game if anything happens that prevents me from playing the copy I purchased.
I’ve messed around with some of these apps out of curiosity of where the technology is. There’s typically a report function in the app. You can probably report that particular bot from within the app to try and get that bot deleted. Reporting the app itself probably won’t do much.

Do companies no longer have Quality Assurance at all now? You don’t even need like a whole department, just make it part of someone’s job. This is crazy that there’s no proofreading.
