I have no access to a home printer, will a library or FedExOffice or UPS Store let me print via Bluetooth?

By my recent experience, libraries & FedEx Office & UPS Store will only print via email ☹️ Do you know otherwise? I need to print via Bluetooth.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
