I legit think that Secret Hitler should be a required part of high school government classes. It so perfectly demonstrates the risks of both government action and inaction.
You can pass a law with the best of intentions, trying to root out dangerous elements but those same laws can be turned against you. Think about what your worst enemy could do with a given law before you demand its passage.
Tetris teaches that success disappears but failures accumulate.

I’m not sure I’m doing this right…
Ive learned a fair bit of geography from playing paradox interactive’s various games. It wont really give the best sense of modern countries borders or anything since of course theyve changed from what they were and the games diverge wildly from actual history, but the general name of certain regions, the general part of the world certain cultures are from, that kind of thing. Sometimes I’ll find interesting some small country Ive never heard of in Europa Universalis or something and go on a bit of a research tangent out of curiosity over what it actually was and what happened to it.
Dark Souls teaches you that awareness and patience are virtues. Rushing through that world blindly is a recipe for death.

SimCity 4 taught me: NO, JUST ONE MORE LANE WILL NOT SOLVE CRAPPY CITY PLANNING! And it teaches me the value of a good headphone or speaker setup every time i hear that certified banger of a soundtrack!
