Gentoo, Void (Daily), Alpine or Antix (Bootable USB).
Taking an ewobreak ;-)
Gentoo, Void (Daily), Alpine or Antix (Bootable USB).
The UI is also really, really nice and it’s quite polished overall. It’s mainly open-source.
SailfishOS is the closest thing I’ve found tbh, I daily drive it. It might be a bit outdated (qt5.6 apps?) but it’s nice being able to use a decent UI with android support aswell.
Yeah but… Gotta shoot polar bears
Just deleted my reddit app off SailfishOS, deleted my account. There’s oldschool RS and Linux communities… And even a wetshaving server!
No regrets
“oh well fuck it, might as well go spend the rest on pot/booze anyways…”
Not bashing but for awareness: https://github.com/arindas/manjarno
Yeah, depends on the strains really can take a while to find a good one or what you’re generally looking for. I generally get strong indicas for knocking myself out :)
Good days, bad days, I’m used to it. Weed helps!
“Mother used to say, if you’ll walk you’ll find a way, but Mother never danced through fireshowers”
Kick my arse out of bed (big fibro flareup) to go make a coffee and smoke a joint in the rain. Then probably oldschool RS or back to bed.
Chronic pain/lethargy life is rough :p
This is how I feel about Gentoo too but I use Void as a daily instead, no systemd and it feels more like what Arch used to be (e.g. Runit is like 5k SLOC whereas systemd is 100s of k’s).
Not bashing but everything seems well engineered with less cruft/bitrot than Gentoo. Of course there’s less customisability xbps-src is pretty decent at doing the job, or just write your own templates :)
