thanks! very helpful in decluttering and prolly peace of mind for those that chase after internet brownie points.
i think it is a fine way to accept death. to be fair, that emotional resilience and adaptability is astounding.
but, since this matter is just not your own, i do hope you talk and work things out with your husband and find a cormon ground of acceptance.
for me, i would have a moment of grief and at least offer a small memory to the child (these are financially hard times). i am not sure how long i can recover from grief but i think it is for a good cause.
“and also be with you”
or “you’re welcome”
“Lavie” from “c’est la vie”.
I think it is a creative name with a good meaning behind it.
disappear from radar
do random acts of charity
buy senators and media to support climate change and education
make a competing big cheapo pharma
redirect fame/blame to paid actors
Obligatory: “YOLO”, it is true we only live once – so make it count.
“Big boys/girls don’t cry”
This is some archaic-level advice similar to “pull up your bootstraps” that most people may have these already ingrained as part of growing up. It is fine to cry and show others [you trust] your feelings, no matter how old you are. More importantly, the better advice is to “take care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being” and “be kind to yourself”.
ai as in AI: aircraft auto-landing and pitch levelling. near-boundary ship navigation. train/ freight logistics. protein folding. gene mapping.
ai as in LLM/ PISS: hmmm… downlevel legalese to collegiate-, 6th-grade-, or even street-level prose. do funny abridged shorts. imo, training-wheels to some shakespearean writing is appreciated.
there’s a huge debate on what “bad” means.
but if we skip that and just single out an opinion, like for my opinion, the dead bad person isn’t affecting me anymore so I just let it go.
should the relatives of a bad person be allowed to see the corpse treated respectfully

good set of questions while trying to be non biased on certain topics.
for me, topics about privacy and misinformation matter more than ai. i would like them to lean more on helping me identify ai generated text and deepfakes as far as ai is concerned.
i also liked that mozilla study about smart cars so more of that is nice.
when i get to the point i think i am bored i think “maybe i am tired?” or “maybe i am hungry” or “maybe i need to unwind?” and it is surely one of those.
afaik, never really experienced pure boredom.
america is a capitalist country, or so i read and heard. money should be the motivator here.
and i also see your point. the general trend of money is to move upward. your fighting chance is to get the money to stay longer in your hands for you to benefit before it gets sucked up.
all i can say here is don’t stay too much on the bigger things. more likely, you will not have control for any of those. focus on the smaller things you can change on the dailies.
you warn them you are aware but aren’t complicit to their addictions(hobbies). then you tell them just this time~
you join them anyways.
BG3 exec-bro played it well with the words.
